Processing time is the amount of time it will take to inspect and package your items for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders received Monday - Friday. Express orders placed Monday- Friday before 12 pm EST ship the same day.
If an order is placed for an item on back order, pre-order or something out of stock this will also delay processing and delivery time.
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail $7 (2-3 business days) Priority Mail with signature service $9 (2-3 business days) Express $35 (1-2 business days).

All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while in transit.
We can only ship to the address selected on your PayPal account. We can not change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed.
Once an order has shipped, we can not cancel the order. If your order is in the "awaiting fulfillment" stage and you request cancellation a $25 restock fee will apply.

If you are returning an item to us you are responsible for all shipping fees.
If package is refused or returned to sender via USPS there will be a $25 restock fee.
After you have received your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you have questions regarding your shipment/tracking after it has left So First Class Hair please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number and provide it to the customer service representative.
Your purchase must be in it's original condition. So First Class Hair products sold to you which show signs of use or the pattern may be distorted will be refused.
So First Class provides First Class service therefore you may exchange or receive a refund for items purchased within 7 days of receiving your package. Receiving time is counted from the day your tracking number shows delivered or is sign for. To request a return please email email@example.com. Your Return Request must be approved by us before you can send or bring the merchandise back. All online orders must be shipped back to our shipping facility shown on your shipping label or be physically returned to our store location.
